BACK ORDERS If an item is low on stock and back ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it is restocked with no additional shipping charges. The rest of your order will ship immediately. RETURNS POLICY Our customers have a 30 day return/exchange policy upon delivery. You may return your item and receive a full refund less shiping charges. You will, however, need to contact us via email for a return authorization number which is required for all return transactions. SHIPPING Shipping charges are calculated at time of check out and are based on the weight of the order and where you are located from our closest warehouse. Shipping charges will show in your checkout cart before you enter your credit card information. We use UPS Ground for shipping our orders. It can take up to 8 days for delivery, depending on how far you are from our eight warehouses in the United States. If you choose 2nd Day Air you will receive your order within 2 business days, once the order has shipped, excluding weekends and holidays. If you choose 3 Day Select you will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
