RETURNS POLICY
Our customers have a 30 day return/exchange policy upon delivery. You may return your item and receive a full refund less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for restocking fees on their returned items.You will, however, need to contact us via email for a return authorization number which is required for all return transactions.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are calculated at time of check out and are based on the weight of the order and where you are located from our closest warehouse. Shipping charges will show in your checkout cart before you enter your credit card information.We use FedEx Ground for shipping our orders and we ship same day, when possible, on orders placed before 11am CST.
All orders over $99 receive free shipping in the Continental United States. Customers who place orders from Hawaii and Alaska pay shipping charges on all orders, including those over $99.
If you choose Overnight Delivery, orders need to be placed before 10:30am CST for same day shipping.
If you choose 2nd Day Air you will receive your order within 2 business days, once the order has shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you choose 3 Day Select you will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.

WHERE WE DON'T SHIP
